Once in a soap factory in Japan, the soap cover was mistakenly packed without soap in it, i.e., empty box. To avoid the problem in future, they purchased X-ray machine of sixty thousand dollars to check whether soap is packed in covers or not in assembly line. Same problem occurred in Faisalabad, Pakistan. What they did???
